What makes my coaching different?

What makes my
coaching different?

As an ACHIEVER® . . . I will work hard, setting weekly performance targets, and identify what materials or insight I would like to deliver to my clients. I rally and motivate by relaying examples or stories that affirm facts or learning concepts.

As a MAXIMIZER® . . . I see and relate what others do well with specific examples of how they are using their talents and strengths and give personalized feedback.

As a RELATOR® . . . I like to work with others to get to know them on a deeper than a superficial level. I am adept at making hard concepts easier to understand.

As a LEARNER® . . . I regard education essential. I bring cutting edge information, and an upbeat perspective to instruction.

With CONTEXT® . . . I value a person’s background and their life to date, or an organization’s history. It provides data to plot a current course of action in coaching and in developing the individual or team.
